Chayz at the reception was incredible, despite our late arrival, his cheerful smile, great service and willingness to help with all that we needed was refreshing and appreciated. Thank you for your stellar service and I hope the hotel recognises your efforts and the value you add to your guests over what must be long night shifts!

The location is very convenient and the staff is amazing. Breakfast was great.There are 2 guys in the morning don’t remember their names and Manpreet in the evening all were pretty courteous and kind.
